TERMS OF SERVICE
SSC Creations

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with SSC Creations, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, pricing, production standards, turnaround times, and refund policies.
Payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
All custom items are final sale.
2. Payment Terms
• Small orders require payment in full.
• Large or multi-item orders require full payment upfront.
• Production does not begin until payment requirements are met.
• Payment is accepted via EMT (e-transfer) to ssc-creations@outlook.com.
• Cash payments must be delivered prior to production if local
3. Production & Turnaround
Standard Orders: 3–5 business days
Large or Multi-Item Orders: 7–14 business days
Turnaround time begins once:
• Payment is received
• Mock-ups are approved (if applicable)
Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Design & Artwork Submission
All design files must be submitted via email in:
• PNG format
• Transparent background
• Minimum 300 DPI
A $5–$10 design preparation fee applies for conversion to PNG.
Additional editing fees may apply for complex modifications.
By submitting artwork, the client confirms they have legal rights to use the image.
SSC Creations is not responsible for copyright violations.
5. Third-Party Design Purchases
If artwork is purchased from a third-party platform (e.g., Etsy), the purchase cost and any licensing upgrades will be added to the invoice.
Digital files must be paid in full prior to production.
6. Mock-Up Approval
Mock-ups are provided when applicable.
Once approved:
• No changes may be made
• Production proceeds immediately
7. Quality Standards & Acceptable Variance
All items are handmade and produced individually.
Minor variations are not considered defects, including:
• Slight placement differences
• Minor alignment shifts
• Small color tone differences
These do not affect functionality or wearability.
8. Defects & Corrections
A defect is defined as:
• Significantly crooked design
• Incorrect design placement
• Wrong color printed
• Item damaged or unusable
If a defect occurs:
• A remake will be provided at no cost
• If remake is declined and item kept, no refund will be issued
• Store credit may be offered at seller discretion
Photo documentation is taken prior to pickup/delivery.
9. Customer-Supplied Garments
Customer-supplied garments are accepted at the client’s sole risk.
No guarantees are provided regarding:
• Adhesion
• Durability
• Fabric reaction
$18 application fee per garment.
No refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be issued for customer-supplied garments under any circumstances.
10. Order Pickup & Abandonment
Once notified of completion:
Clients must arrange pickup or delivery within 7 days.
Orders not picked up may be considered abandoned after a reasonable period.
No refunds will be issued for completed custom items not collected.
