RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SSC Creations

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Minor variances
• Customer-supplied garment issues

If a verified production defect occurs:

• A remake will be offered at no cost
• Clear photos must be provided within 48 hours of pickup/delivery

If a remake is declined and item is kept, no refund will be issued.

Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

Assistance with carrier claims may be provided upon request.

Completed custom items not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be considered abandoned.

No refunds will be issued.
